It's quite a sad time in the UK, as Britain has lost one of its most brilliant and outstanding veteran comedians Sir Bruce Forsyth on the 18th August 2017. Sir Bruce who's popularly known by his favourite quote "nice to see you.........to see you nice" died at the age of 89. He'll be greatly missed by all of us! RIP Sir Bruce Forsyth.

Batch A/C stream II Corp members posted to Enugu on their way from camp to their PPA, were involved in a ghastly motor accident! Some were severely injured and at the point of death while a number of them came out unhurt. It's quite a gory site to behold and very sad one too, our prayers goes out to those of them still battling for their lives in the hospital. May God grant them all speedy recovery in Jesus name amen! My heartfelt sympathy goes to the Bereaved Families of the Corp members assumed dead.

First of its kind ever in Nigeria. The residents of Maryland Enugu state experienced serious rainfall with foamy substance like detergents. A confused and scared resident had to do a video of what it looks like, also expressing his fears on what exactly it could be. As it has never happened in the state before, not even in Nigeria. Two students of the University of Lagos have died in a midnight fire at a Lagos hotel. Roli Odogwu, a 200-Level Mass Communication student, and Linda Elegeonye, a 300-Level Law student, died of burns, days after they were trapped in the hotel room where they were guests. Until their death, the two students were residents of Fagunwa Hall. It was gathered that the duo left the campus on Monday to attend an evening event off-campus. When it dawned on them that they could not return to the campus late in the night, they reportedly lodged in the hotel to pass the night. The late Roli’s friend, who wants to remain anonymous, said she spoke to her mother to inform her of her decision to pass the night in the hotel. It was gathered that the victims were asleep when the inferno started from a faulty air conditioner. .
